Swahiba App Launch
On 14th September 2017, BANK OF AFRICA- TANZANIA launched its groundbreaking- new banking App dubbed “SWAHIBA Mobile” to the Tanzanian market at the business City of Dar es Salaam.
This follows the mass adoption of its B-Mobile banking services, which allows users to enjoy full mobile banking services via any model of mobile phone.
As it comes with multiple new features and functionalities; SWAHIBA Mobile App gives customers a single-view platform for all interaction with the services offered by the bank. Customers can access their personal and business accounts all in one place, at the same time.
The App’s functionality includes funds transfer, cheque services, instant loan application, bill payment, card less ATM withdraw, airtime top up, self-registration to Mobile Banking Services and e-chama services amongst many others. Additionally, anyone including non-BANK OF AFRICA customers can undertake an array of without login services such as BOA Products and offers, Loan Application, BOA Branch and ATM locator, online shopping and foreign exchange rates.
