B-Web also provides an additional service known as SMS Alert (for SMS or E-mail) whereby all alerts are directly linked to the data located in the B-Web application.
SMS Alert provides the following alert information and notifications:
• The balance of a specific account
• When the account balance reaches a pre-defined threshold (minimum or maximum)
• When a movement with pre-defined criteria (account or amount) occurs
• When the customer signature is required on a payment already created by another customer
As a customer, you can use internet banking while you are at the office or at home or anywhere in the world as long as you have internet connection.
